Flamingo Gin Tonic
Ingredients:
5 cl Gin
5 cl Grapefruit Juice
100 ml Tonic Water
2 Sprigs of Rosemary
1 Grapefruit
Preparation:
Freshly squeeze one half of the grapefruit to get 5 cl of juice. Double strain the grapefruit juice into a Highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add the gin, fill up with tonic and stir well. Decorate with rosemary and/or a slice of grapefruit.
