Negroni
Ingredients:
2 cl Gin
2 cl Vermouth Rosso
2 cl Campari
1 Orange Zest
Preparation:
Pour gin, vermouth and Campari into a Mixing glass with plenty of ice and stir carefully. Strain into a Tumbler glass with fresh ice cubes. Twist the orange zest over the glass and use as garnish. It's an all-time favorite, but it's definitely worth investing in a decent vermouth rosso.
