Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
25 ml Edinburgh Gin's Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur
100 ml Champagne
Preparation:
Rhubarb and ginger goes very well with Champagne. Add the liqueur to a chilled champagne flute and top with Champagne.
