Apostoles Espresso Negroni
Ingredients:
5 cl Espresso infused Gin (preferred Principe de los Apostoles Mate Gin)
3 cl Vermouth Rosso
3 cl Campari
1 dried Slice of Orange or 1 Orange Zest
5 g Espresso Beans
Preparation:
Start with preparing the espresso infused gin. Therefore, incubate 5 g espresso beans with 5 cl Principe de los Apostoles Mate Gin for 30 minutes. Thanks to Gunnar for the excellent gin. Strain the infused gin into a Mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Add vermouth and Campari. Stir carefully. Strain into a Tumbler glass filled with fresh ice cubes. Decorate with the dried orange slice or twist an orange zest over the glass and use as garnish. Add some espresso beans for decoration.
