Cucumber Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
7 cl London Dry Gin
10 cl Tonic Water
2 Stripes of Cucumber
1 Teaspoon of Roasted Szechuan Pepper
Preparation:
Roast the pepper for approximately 30 seconds in a hot pan. Enjoy the aromatic smell. Pour the gin into a Highball glass filled with ice cubes. Decorate with cucumber stripes and roasted pepper. Fill up with tonic and stir carefully.
