Sloe Gin Fizz (w/ egg white)
Ingredients:
5 cl Sloe Gin
3 cl Lemon Juice
2 cl Simple Syrup
(1 Egg White)
Soda
1 Lemon Wedge
Preparation:
Add sloe gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake until chilled well. Strain into a Highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes. Add soda and decorate with a lemon wedge.
If you like to add egg white for a silky texture and creamy head, shake sloe gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white very well without ice to get an emulsion. Then add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
