Bloody Negroni
Ingredients:
2 cl London Dry Gin
2 cl Vermouth Rosso
2 cl Campari
2 cl Blood Orange Juice
5 Peppercorns
1 Blood Orange Slice
1 Sprig of Rosemary
Preparation:
Briefly roast the peppercorns in a small pan without grease until you enjoy the aromatic smell. Roughly crush the peppercorns. Combine equal parts of gin, vermouth, Campari and freshly squeezed orange juice in a Mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Stir carefully. Strain into a Tumbler glass filled with fresh ice cubes. Decorate with an orange slice and a sprig of rosemary. Sprinkle the drink with crushed peppercorns.
