Lemon Rosemary Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
6 cl Gin
1 cl Lemon Rosemary Syrup
10 cl Tonic Water
1 Sprig of Rosemary
Preparation:
Prepare the lemon rosemary syrup well in advance and store in an airtight jar in the fridge. For the cocktail itself add gin and syrup into a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake sturdily and strain into a Highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes. Fill up with tonic water. Decorate with a sprig of rosemary.
