Grapefruit Rosemary Gin Sour
Ingredients:
6 cl Gin
3 cl Grapefruit Juice
1 Sprig of Rosemary
3 cl Grapefruit Rosemary Syrup
Preparation:
First, prepare the Grapefruit Rosemary Syrup well in advance. It's best kept in the fridge for a couple of days.
Briefly cook the peel of two grapefruits, eight sprigs of rosemary, 200 g sugar, 6 cl grapefruit juice and 450 ml water. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
The preparation of the drink starts with muddling of one sprig of rosemary in a shaker. Add gin, grapefruit juice and the syrup as well as plenty of ice. Sturdily shake for 30 seconds and double strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with another sprig of rosemary.
