Ingredients:

5 cl Bourbon

1 cl Maple Syrup

1 cl Orange Juice

0.5 cl Lemon Juice

3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

1/2 Orange Slice

Preparation:

Cover the orange slice with orange juice, lemon juice and bitters in a Tumbler glas. Muddle very slightly. Cover with crushed ice and add the Bourbon. Stir very well. Fill the Tumbler up to the top with crushed ice. That's a perfect sip on a hot summer day.

If you don't have crushed ice on hand, make it a Maple Orange Bourbon Smash. After muddling, add the Bourbon and stir very well. Fill the Tumbler with ice cubes and top with soda.
