Negroni Sbagliato
Ingredients:
3 cl Vermouth Rosso
3 cl Campari
Sparkling Wine (preferably Prosecco)
1 Orange Zest
Preparation:
Pour vermouth and Campari into a Mixing glass with plenty of ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a Wine glass with fresh ice cubes. Top with sparkling wine. Twist the orange zest over the glass and use as garnish.
